An atypical loft looking like an old warehouse, the factory is a former luggage workshop perched on the heights of the hill of Ménilmontant in the 20th arrondissement. The pure Eiffel-style steel frame supports a glass roof that illuminates a decor that elegantly blends an industrial 1900s style with an ethno style from the travels of the owner of the place.

With a surface area of 250m2, the Factory brings together several two atmospheres in one place.
Under its magnificent glass roof, a warm 150m2 room with a major asset: its heated swimming pool! This space can accommodate up to 120 people for cocktails and 80 in dinner configuration, in a unique and surprising decor. Guests will be delighted with a drink around the swimming pool.
On the loft side, the whole New York spirit is revealed: red brick walls, stones and exposed beams, wooden furniture, bright spaces, fully equipped kitchen and bar. The atmosphere is authentic, warm and friendly.

Equipped with high-performance technical equipment and a smoking area, the Factory will meet most of your needs and adapt to your inspirations.
The plant is also ideal for shooting or filming, because of its natural zenithal light that makes it the only set/pool studio in the capital.
