The pure Eiffel-style steel frame supports a glass roof that illuminates a decor that elegantly blends an industrial 1900s style with an ethno style from the travels of the owner of the place. <\/p>\n

With a surface area of 250m2, the Factory brings together several two atmospheres in one place.
\nUnder its magnificent glass roof, a warm 150m2 room with a major asset: its heated swimming pool! This space can accommodate up to 120 people for cocktails and 80 in dinner configuration, in a unique and surprising decor. Guests will be delighted with a drink around the swimming pool.
\nOn the loft side, the whole New York spirit is revealed: red brick walls, stones and exposed beams, wooden furniture, bright spaces, fully equipped kitchen and bar. The atmosphere is authentic, warm and friendly.<\/p>\n
